REVISED MEET AND GREET POLICY Ty is looking forward to meeting with his Fan Club members, when able, while he is on the road. In order to accommodate Fan Club members fairly and equitably, following is the current Meet and Greet policy. We appreciate your adherence to this policy. Thanks to everyone for your continued support of Ty Herndon and his music! Each ACTIVE Fan Club member will receive 10 Meet and Greet cards in their membership package to be used during their membership year. Each member has the ability to choose when to redeem their cards at shows where Meet and Greets will be held. It will no longer be necessary to email the fan club to request a Meet and Greet, as there will not be list. Fan Club members MUST have a Meet and Greet card or verification from Ty Herndon Fan Club personnel for each person they want to participate in the Meet and Greet. Each member has the ability to choose how they will use their 10 Meet and Greet cards during their active membership year (i.e., whether each member will use each card themselves or whether they will share with family and friends). The Meet and Greet cards or verification from Fan Club personnel will be surrendered to the person managing the Meet and Greet line to gain entrance to the Meet and Greet. Confirmation of the Meet and Greet will be announced on the DAY OF SHOW, and information will be available at the merchandise sales table. Fan Club personnel will not know in advance whether a Meet and Greet will be held, as this is determined by Ty's management and the venue. A Meet and Greet will only be held if time permits, if the facility has adequate space/accommodations, and if security is available. The standard order for the Meet and Greet line is as follows: Venue VIPs and Event Staff Radio Guests Fan Club Members To ensure that everyone has opportunity to see him, Ty will sign ONE autograph and take ONE photo per person. Ty Herndon, his management, security, and/or venue officials reserve the right to ask anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior to be removed from the Meet and Greet line. At certain venues where time permits, Ty may sign autographs for the general public. On those occasions, the general public will meet with Ty after all Venue VIPs/Staff, Radio Guests, and Fan Club Members with appropriate documentation have been through the Meet & Greet line. |
